Terms and Policy 

To inquire about a session, please send a direct message to check availability for your preferred date and time.

Once a date and time have been confirmed, I will collect your full name, email address, and phone number to create your appointment and send an invoice/payment link.

Full payment is required to reserve your session. The total session fee includes a $25 non-refundable booking fee. Payment must be submitted within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to secure your appointment. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the appointment slot will be released and made available for public booking.

Once payment has been received, your appointment is officially confirmed.

A confirmation email will be sent 2–3 days before your scheduled session. Please reply to confirm your attendance within 24 hours of receiving the email. If confirmation is not received, your appointment may be canceled and rescheduled based on future availability.

If you cancel your appointment, the $25 non-refundable booking fee will be retained and the remaining balance paid toward your session will be refunded.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In the event of a last-minute cancellation due to an emergency, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at no additional charge.
