Feeling bloated? Kinda low on energy? Menstrual pains got you feeling meh? Looking for more holistic traditional body/soul healing? Sobadas are here to allievate and soothe you. This is an ancient medicinal practice in traditional Mexican Medicine that centers around the abdominal area along with your internal organs and energy. This is bringing in heat, movement and energy into the body and soul. What will happen for session, I will greet you and welcome you to the space. We chat to get cozy and chill out for our session! We proceed the platica where we have our heart to heart. This is a space for you allow your heart to rest and breathe, no need to hold anything back. Once emotion has been released, I administer a smudge limpia to cleanse your energy, aura, and transmute densities. This is preparation for your sobada which will be held on the floor (like picture) which then I will proceed with your sobada (10-15 min bodywork). Afterwards, we will check in and if tarot reading/ oracle reading purchased this is where I will then pull your cards for your mini reading to wrap up your beautiful healing session <3
Cancellation Policy
* **24-Hour Cancellation Notice:** Clients must notify me at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so results in the session being forfeited. If you cancel 12 hours before session, you will get charged a fee of $30.00 * **Late Arrivals:** If a client arrives late to a scheduled session without notice, the appointment will still end at the original scheduled time to avoid disrupting the schedule for others. No additional time will be granted. Please let me know if you are running late , I do ask to please respect time as I will do so for you. **Inclimate Weather** Because sessions are held outside, weather does play a big role in the session. If rain or extreme heat occurs, I have the right to cancel appointment for rescheduling at no additional cost. * **No-Show Policy:** A $30.00 no-show fee will be charged due failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice. If you would like to book again, you would have to purchase a new session date. If this occurs more than once, I will not accept anymore reschedules.
